how to delete Instagram account permanently from the app:
1. Open the Instagram app on your phone.
2. Tap the three lines icon on the top and choose Settings.
3. Tap Account.
4. From here, tap Delete account.
5. You can disable your Instagram account or delete it on the next screen.
